I am an only child and caregiver for my mother. No family members have stepped up to help me in any way. Suggestions?

Please give more specifics. Why was she discharged? She doesn't need dialysis anymore? Why would you have to find a new facility? For dialysis? A Dr would order dialysis and locate where to go for it. Its confusing what you are asking for.
