My Dad is 88 and sleeps up to 20 or more hours a day. Eats very little. Mild dementia also. Any advice?

Advice on what?
If he is spending most his time sleeping he will not need many calories, so it is understandable he is eating little.
Is he able to toilet on his own? Can he dress himself? Is he mobile or bed bound?
