What foods can a diabetic eat to gain weight?
My mother's eats all day but she can't gain weight that she needs.

I agree with Beatty, usually diabetics tend to be overweight.

I would arrange a check up with the doctor. It could be due to the diabetes, an overactive thyroid or another health condition.
