LCPELC Asked July 2020

What can you do when a Probate Judge revokes your Patient Advocate and appoints you a professional guardian?

Sold everything and dumped pics.

I have referenced many times on here about April Parks in Nevada. This seems like a typical case.
Everything sold for penny's on the dollar the rest tossed into the trash. Family being totally ignored and banished from ever seeing their loved one again.
LO placed in the cheapest facility around.

Some Judges revoke Patient Advocate and POA for no reason other then they feel like it, because they are lied to by petitioner sibling and do not allow due process to find out the truth and some professional guardians are theives. Read Dr. Sam Sugar’s book Guardianship The Elderly The Perfect Crime to find out about legal abuse syndrome please or Netflix Dirty Money Guardian Inc. Things are not always as they seem!

Really need more info. Your profile says you were guardian for a disabled sibling. I will assume the sibling passed. No Will naming you Executor? Why were you turned down as at least an Administrator?

I need this sentence picked apart so I can see for sure what you are saying more clearly. But basically when a judge revokes something and appoints a court-appointed professional guardian, that guardian is answerable to the court, not to you. He has to give a yearly accounting to the court. You would have to get your own lawyer to appeal if you suspect wrong doing, and you would need proof that pictures, etc. were in salvagable condition. As lawyers representation is unlikely to undo the word of the judge in this matter, and lawyers cost upward of 350.00 an hour, you likely are out of luck. The Court appointed person who sold everything will have filed an accounting. Likely the assets mostly go to paying for care, or paying medicaid back for money spent in need. I think I am trying to say that you are out of luck. If the person is alive, give them your love, them move on with your memories. If they are gone, move on with your memories.
