I want to find out if I need to report someone being left alone even though it's for a short time. The person has Alzheimer's and is clumsy.

Careful, can you please provide more details? Like, what state, what kind of neighborhood is the person living in? How long is person being left alone and how often? Are you a private or agency hired caregiver? Thanks
