How do you stop Purwick from leaking?

Trying to keep healthy skin, now with purwick skin is more effected and worse now red spot on bottom due to moisture, and tubing has caused red marks and blistering on lower abdomen. They do not reimburse for faulty units or equipment so..... to avoid more harm to skin it is best not to use purwick also customer service will not reimburse ANYTHING. Hope it works for some. currently a oversize paperweight EXPENSIVE paperweight at that.

Do not recommended company or product.

Any suggestions on other products that work correctly?
