“I think he actually should be writing condolence cards to people,” Dean said, days after Cuomo was blasted for announcing that he has ^penned^ a book touting his leadership during the ongoing pandemic.

We were not "going off" indescriminately. We were responding to a new salvo about Andrew Cuomo and how wonderful Trump was to send the Comfort to NYC.
I try to avoid political posts; I cannot let falsehoods stand, here or elsewhere.
I am NO fan of Cuomo's. I did not vote for him in the last election.
All this "fleeing to the suburbs" is made up hype. It's pent up housing demand from the normal Spring season that didn't happen.
Thank you, I guess it is New York being New York
In addition to voting people out of office, you can GET INVOLVED. Have you ever worked on anyone's political campaign? Worked for a specific issue group? Done any volunteer work at all?
To my mind it's more like number 2.
To my mind the buck stopped with YOU. Except you didn't want it. You wanted to blame your own personal choices on a politician. Not unusual that, for one half our populace.

I ask my hubby everyday what today's menu is: Mask, no mask, can we go somewhere or have to stay home?
You make your position known by voting out of office incompetent govs or any other political figure. It's not going to bring you LO back--I do not know how we're going to look back on this pandemic--probably not with a lot of pride about how stupid we've behaved.
I'm sorry for your loss.
