My mom wets her bed even with diaper on. What can I do?

Is she or are you using a Tab type brief or a pull up type? (personally I do not like the term "diaper" for adults)
There are inserts you can use that will absorb more fluid. There are also different absorbency levels you can get as well. If you use an insert make sure it is intended to be used as an insert on an incontinent product, some inserts have a water proof backing that will keep fluid from reaching the absorbent brief.
You can limit fluid intake an hour or two before she goes to bed.
Also changing her position before you get her to bed might help allow the bladder to "relax" and allow more urine to be emptied when you get her on the toilet. (If she is toileting) Recline the chair a bit more during the hour or two before bed.
Use a good underpad as well this will absorb urine that does leak. I prefer the washable ones.
A good Waterproof mattress pad and better yet a hospital type bed with mattress that can easily be washed down and sanitized.
There will be leaks no way around that (short of a catheter and that is not a good thing unless it is medically necessary)

Is this just an overnight problem? If so, maybe try to limit her liquid after a certain time (6 PM?) and make sure she's using the bathroom before she goes to bed.

First make sure that she has on the right size diaper. Then make sure she has a waterproof pad underneath her along with perhaps a chuck pad (which is a disposable waterproof pad). You can also try putting a pad(as in incontinence one) in her diaper as well.

Before my husband got his supra pubic catherter, I had to do all of the above to keep the bed dry. It helped. Hope this helps you.

Do you also use chucks?
