Cry Wolf . . . Found out

My mother has been admitted to a hospital. I have finally been able to find a nurse that has seen her "in action" This nurse has overheard our conversation and has told me that she is crying wolf.. I want to scream and shout. The nurse heard her on the phone with me and then saw her change her tone when I did not say "the right thing" she then changed to babbling and slurring her words on purpose...
