What are some good resources to get in touch with for home care of an Alzheimer's parent?

I am in Boynton Beach Florida. I am taking over my MIL care at our home in the next week or sooner. She will have hospice 3 days a week for showers and such.

Are there any other resources I can hopefully use to help me with some care that does not cost a lot of money?
