Help with parent rubbing their eyes and mouth and nose causing bad nose bleeds and sagging eyes?

Have you checked with the doctor about potential allergies?
Bloody nose could be from dryness created by allergens and itchy eyes are a common symptom.
Have you tried natural tears or nasal saline spray? In case it is simply dryness.
