Are there recommendations on short readings to help an elderly person to manage their daily anxieties?

(including  a spouse with memory loss)

I am not sure what you are requesting. Are you wanting short articles for you to read telling you how to help you take care of your spouse? Or are you wanting articles that you can read to the person who has anxiety? Is it your spouse with memory loss who is experiencing the anxiety?

Some people have found that listening to soft music helps calm them down. I had a friend who would listen to very "hard rock" songs to get rid of her excess "nervous" energy and do some cardio exercises with the music. Then, as she started feeling tired and/or less anxious, she would sit down or lie down and listen to more soothing and relaxing music that had the sound of waves or bubbling brooks in the background.

Please give us some information about what you are wanting so that we can help you better.

My inquiry was for self support. Are there short articles to help a person manage daily anxiety.
