Medicare Advantage plans are automatically continued unless you change insurance companies. You should recieve next year's card and a change in plan booklet by Nov. Any concerns give then a call.

Always check with your own plan. Call and give them your enrollment number so you are assured everything will remain the same.

Frank - the best way to be sure is to call and ask the insurance company from which you buy your Advantage plan.
