I've always been worried about this and that and upset over quite a few things as well, but it just is the way things are. Things I can't change or have no control over. I do think I can contol my mind atleast? I dont know. Recently I've been having some trouble with my sleep. Don't remember since when but I feel like this has happened before as well. If I am able to fall asleep earlier like around 11 or 12 I would always wake up at 2 or 3 am for no apparent reason and then won't be able to fall back asleep until morning. If I dont fall asleep early or like at 11 or 12 then I would end up not sleeping the whole night.. usually when I wake up I just start thinking of worries for the future or look back on things and get upset. Trying not to worry about the present. I'm aware that this is not very healthy and I really want to be better, get it together and everything.. what would be the best way?

I know you are about 3 months into the grieving process since losing your dad so I'm glad you have found some videos on YouTube to help you through the times you find yourself having difficulty in sleeping.
Continued prayers for you as you work through your grief!

I'm assuming you're looking for natural ways to help and not medications so my husband uses the YouTube channel Black Screen Ambient Sounds - Rain and Thunder; sounds for sleeping 10 hours on our smartphone.
I like to use the YouTube channel Soothing Relaxation - beautiful, piano music with scenery.
Both are good for calming anxiety, stress and worrying!
Also, even though I haven't watched it there's a YouTube channel called "Therapy in a Nutshell" that has a video called Sleep, Anxiety and Insomnia: How to Sleep Better When You're Anxious.
though it doesn't really help that much with my sleep but the ambience and sounds are rlly nice.. i haven't tried it as much to see how well it would work but i do hope it at least works with calming me down enough for me to sleep. last time i did try it i think it took me 4 hours to sleep. and the other time it didnt work very well but then again ive only tried it a couple of times so i cant say yet. i have to be up in a bit now, but i'll definitely try it tonight. thank you for the help!
