Why would there be small amounts of blood when urinating? Also have incontinence when run, jump, sneeze or throw a ball.

At least once every 3-6 weeks I have blood on the toilet paper when I urinate. Sometimes dark red, sometimes dark pink. Usually lasts a week or so accompanied by overall abdominal pain.

I am 63 and had ovarian cysts so complete hysterectomy at 35.

The two things are 'probably' not related.

If you gave birth, or even aged, your pelvic floor muscles can be weakened and you can get the 'pee when you sneeze' thing that is super, super common. Look up Kegel exercises and do them...they can help with pelvic floor strength.

As far as bleeding, you need to have that checked out. Could be as simple as a bladder infection or small cyst in the bladder than can be treated, or not. Could be much more serious.

Do see a doc and get this checked out. You'd want to see a urologist--or first, your PCP and then take it from there.

This is a situation that needs discussing with your MD, not with a forum. If you wish to google every single thing that could be causing this you will come up with some 100 causes. But that will be of little help to you, right? Time to call the MD on Monday.

Yes-call your doctor. They will likely have you get a urinalysis (I can't imagine a scenario where they wouldn't).

There might be a urinary tract infection. I’d call your doctor & investigate to treat.
