How do I find board care homes in Atlantic County, NJ?

I am in Sjersey. In my area there is no such thing as Board and Care. May be different where you are. I would suggest calling ur County Office of Aging and see if they are aware of anything in the area. Here's something I found. Put in my info and nothing came up probably because we have nothing in my area like this.

Ask her doctors if they have any negative or positive feedback on them.

Ask a social worker too.

You can even check with pastors of nearby churches as they are involved in the community and hear feedback.

Overall, I have heard good feedback about homes such as this. There is one in our metro area that has positive reviews. It is run by retired nurses.

You’re right. It’s a nice in between home. I feel it’s a good choice for those not quite ready for a nursing home but desire socialization and help with chores.
