How do I donate an electric hospital bed, walker, wheelchair and bath chair?

This is a forum with readers across the globe. The chances that someone here is in your neighborhood (wherever it is) are probably pretty slim.

I really think some posters assume there are mind readers on this forum

If you're firm on someone being able to pick up the equipment, it would help if you provided some location data either in your profile or in your original post.   But you could add it with another post.   No one can really determine if they could pick it up w/o knowing where you are.  That information could also be included in your profile.

Try posting locally, maybe on Craigslist, offer Up and Facebook.
