Looking for a home safety monitor. Any suggestions?

I am looking for an alert system that when pushed it will notify family and not 911. I am one of 10 children overseeing the care of our mother who is 90 and very independent in her own home. From time to time she gets herself into a situation where she needs some help but she is insisitent it does not call 911. We all live pretty close to her the closest is next door and then everyone else within 10 minutes of her. Can anyone make suggestions on this for us. Thank you....
