I'm disabled & can't care for Great-Aunt. I had to admit her to a Nursing Home. She's a permanent resident. Who do I contact about SSI?

Her SSI benefits are deposited into her Bank Account. I don't want to keep withdrawing money to pay for her stay. I never dealt with this. Who can I contact so that her benefits can go directly to the facility. I initially thought the nursing home would handle this once she was found eligible for Medicaid as well. I live in NYC and I've been trying to get information, but not getting the proper help. Can someone Please direct me. I truly appreciate some viable feedback. Thank you!
