Contact social services for your county at the Dept of Health and Human Services (but I think they only deal with housekeeping inside the home, not yard care), or contact your area's Agency on Aging to see if there's any resources. You can also put out an appeal for help on Nextdoor.com to neighbors in proximity to you.
I suppose it would be considered on the size of lawn.... Huge lot of lawn.. ask locals in your area about lawn service. If it's not of importance... look online for suggestions about landscaping a different way... for instance. colored stones, rocks, pebbles, artificial lawn etc. or make believe mini golf course.. desert landscape. go to a nearby nursery and ask for their professional advice on what or how to take care of it, and/or replace it with natural surrounding landscape...
