How do you get your parent to leave their home and move in with you in a different state?
Father has mild to moderate dementia, lives alone.

You give him the choice of either moving in with you, or moving into a memory care facility. Let him decide what he would rather do. Hopefully you are his POA, and can make the decision to place him if necessary. Best wishes.
