Call the Alzheimer's 24/7 hotline at 1-800-272-3900. Although in person support groups haven't resumed, they should be able to tell you of any virtual groups.
If you're wanting a local support group, just Google "local caregiver support groups in my area," and see what pops up. Our local Senior Services held a local caregivers support group twice a week in person, prior to Covid, and now we meet online twice a week instead. And of course you can jump on this forum with any questions/concerns you might have as well, and a bunch of experienced caregivers will try and help you best they can. Good luck.
This forum consists of caregivers from all over the US and beyond. We have frequent posters from Texas. Here is a link for the Area Agency on Aging that covers your area. You might ask them if they know of online groups of caregivers in your area.
You might also look up specific health concerns like American Heart Ass or Am Diabetes Ass or Parkinson’s etc. whichever relates to your situation and find helpful information.
