I live in Virginia and care for my father in my home. Your Local Office on Aging (LOA) will have lots of resources that may help. That's a good place to start. If your mother is a veteran, the Veterans Administration is an invaluable help. There are day care programs available in many cities and companies that provide in home caregivers who can give you an occasional break.
