Does anyone get tired and mad about having to take care of a parent and have resentment towards them?

It's a daily struggle for me. I can never please my 87 year old mother. I can't breathe right for her. Yes I resent it and her. It makes me mad daily that she expects the world out of it. Before I even do anything, I know it's going to be wrong.

Daisy, in another post, you say you have been providing care since the age of 16. Why is that?

Why do you have to provide care? What did your parent plan for care besides you?
