What activities are best for Alzheimer's residents to keep them busy and happy? I work in a long-term care facility and need some ideas.

Folding towels, match socks, sorting things (nuts and bolts, plastic forks, spoons & knives -- things that are easy for them to grasp). This YouTube video had some good ideas and information:
