A visit to your Doctor to discuss your wishes and make a POLST if your state allows the same. A DPOA so that the best and most willing of your kids can act for you when you are no longer able to. A visit to the attorney to make certain all your needs and wishes are deliniated clearly for your children. A tour of your files so that your children understand where everything is.
