We are a forum of Caregivers from all over the US, UK, Canada and other countries. We share our experiences. A lot of new members think we are an employment agency and we are not. Because we are from different parts of the US and the world, we can't give information for a certain part of the Country unless a member happens to live in the same area. The most we can do is point them in the right direction. Most States in the US have County Office of Aging offices as they do Adult Protection Services. We have Canadian Members who can help a Canadian member. We have a health worker in the UK who has helped members from her Country.
Or, depending on the details of her urgent needs, report her to APS as a vulnerable adult, especially if she has no assigned PoA or is not recognizing or cooperating with any attempts at helping her.
