If you're not in a rural area you should join Nextdoor.com and put an appeal out to your community, or contact your local area's Agency on Aging. You can contact social services to see if you qualify for other in-home services like light housekeeping and meal prep.
As far as I know there is no free lawn service. In my area, even the Boy Scouts have stopped because of the liability factor. If you belong to a Church, maybe there are volunteers. Your Senior Center.
Just my opinion, but once you can no longer keep your home up, may be time to downsize. I wish I had talked my Mom into it. Her money just went into a money pit.
Normally, lawn care is covered by a lawn mower, manpower and cash paid to a service if the homeowner doesn't want to, or cannot, do it themselves. Other than that, I don't know what it would be 'covered' by.
