Do newly admitted patients have to be quarantined at nursing rehabilitation centers?

As said, this will be up to the individual facilities, the area they live in and the State laws. The CDC has guidelines but facilities and business can still do what they feel is safe for them.

Nj has said no masks required. The CDC recommends, no masks until both vaccine shots are given. So, most stores have taken down the "no mask" signs. Others "no masks unless fully vaccinated".

You just need to check with the facility you intend to place your LO in.

If the Delta Covid variant comes to your area, lockdowns will not be lifted, or lockdowns will need to be reinstated. Much will depend upon if one is vaccinated or not. It is being said that the vaccines are effective against the Delta Covid variant. I am just finding this out, reading. It has not been confirmed in the news.

News is just coming out, and re-opening everything may need to wait. In my area, opening is June 15th. Prior to any new decisions about Covid variants being reported now.

How this affects patients in rehab centers will depend upon state regulations in your area, like Barb suggested.

Call the facility for their information.

Keep up to date on the guidelines, but do not be afraid or overdo it on the news. If that is possible.

That is probably dependent upon the state regulations.
