We did not use a lawyer, we did this on our own. I’m sure she is willing to do this considering how poorly I have managed things. Advice?

I been managing things poorly and she will agree I printed a form of relinquishing rights. I'm not sure how to fill this out and no longer can handle the responsibility. The home she is in is geared for dementia. I’m willing to send the checks and all rights back over to her, she has always made decisions, the only reason I took control was because I felt pressure from my mothers care nurse. She has stated that I'm unacceptable so the nurse can Verify that I suck, said so herself to me both text email and voice calls. I feel harassed and want out. I’m doing my best and it still is not good enough
