How do I find hourly care?

I need someone to come into my home to take care of my invalid husband 3 hours in the am and 3 hours in the pm. He will need to have medication and insulin shot administered twice daily. He will also need 3 meals prepared daily. He will need cleaning after bowl movements. And depends (pull-ups) changed a few times a day. Clean up after food prep is also required. His grandson will be available for heavy lifting where necessary. This service will be Friday morning through Sunday afternoon. Need to know something immediately as I will be leaving for a trip with my sister late tonight or early morning.
