I found one by calling the MC facility where my aunt/mom’s sister is residing and asked them. Turns out there was one who was a consultant there so I contacted her, we met in person, and it seemed like a good fit so I hired her! In our case it was important to find someone who could ‘get’ that side of the family ( they are hyperactive!! ) so I really lucked out.
So maybe try calling some care facilities in the area and get recommendations? Then I’d talk to any contenders on the phone and see if you’re on the same page.
Another avenue could be if you or the in-laws know people in Easton on nextdoor.com - it’s neighborhood specific - and ask for recommendations for a geriatric care manager there. I’m not a fan of nextdoor BUT it has been a great resource for local recommendations for various jobs and services.
