Call the police. I am assuming she lives with you and you are her POA. Otherwise this all becomes a "she says she says" with your 91 year old in the middle. Express your concerns, that she was taken for breakfast, has not been returned home, and there is no contact answering, that her mentation is failing and you are very concerned and need a check to the address and a return of your mother to your care.
She was taken from her home to go for breakfast. Well she has been gone three days. She has NOT been declared incompetent but shows clear signs of memory loss. She did go willingly because that is her niece, but would not want to be away from home days on end. The niece has no reason not to contact my mom. She works through her phone so she definitely has it on her at all times. I don't think my aunt would hurt her BUT she would absolutely persuade her sign over land that she has been trying to get for years.
From where was she taken? Has the 91 year old been declared incompetent? Did the 91 year old go willingly? Does the niece have any reason to not have contact? Or is she a danger? A LOT more information is needed.
