Diaper quality in absorption and fecal matter protection in a pull up or pull on overnight protective pant, but without tabs. Ideas?

My mom is very incontinent with urine and swears by the Tena overnight heavy absorbency pull up style. I think her absorbency is a number 7, the highest available. We always put the very large waterproof cotton pads on her bed just in case sleep position creates a leak.

She does not like the tab style but she is able to change the underwear by herself.

I have heard that the tab style is easier for changes if the person cannot change them without help.

Don’t call them diapers. You’re not talking about an infant.
