Dad fought Covid for six months and is left with hypoxia. He does not have dementia. How can courts revoke his durable POA?

How can courts revoke my father's Durable Power of Attorney and wrongfully force him into lock down facility for dementia patients? When I cared for him alone 6 months 24/7 with no help from anyone not even a phone call. Between God me and his fight to live he survived at age 93 now 94. He had never before been sick seen a doc except at the VA just for check ups. Never had to take meds he has the blood pressure of a 22 year old, he has a brilliant mind and is in physically great shape, still drives, cleaned his own house, washed his own clothes, or coated his meals or eat out bath and dressed himself. He was just left with hypoxia due to having covid. When I got his blood oxygen levels up he back to himself I could tell when they dropped because he did seem to have dementia bring them up normal as always again. His lungs were weak and tired from covid. He does not have dementia!!!! And he needs treated for hypoxia or it will cause him dementia.
But the courts wrongfully forced my father into a lockdown dementia facility won't allow him to leave with anyone all other patients there can. He keeps asking what he has done wrong. I tell him nothing. He had a letter from Dr saying he was competent and durable power of attorney. The judge revoked, they placed the sheriff as his guardian after 3 months of me doing everything the guardian should have done. Another court was help placing a attorney over my father. I went to meet him introduced myself reach to shake his hand no return!!! I was there to inform him that my dad does NOT have dementia he had covid 6 months and it left him with hypoxia and I needed to get him to the VA to be treated before it turned into dementia. But he just ignored anything I said but he had my fathers land pulled up on a computer talking about selling it to pay for burial. I said he isn't dead yet. I need to get him out if he needs cared for I will care for him I am his agent anyway that the judge revoked the durable power of attorney with my fad having a letter of he was competent.
I left in tears everything my dad had worked for. I went and got a policy to go along with what the VA would pay. I called the man office to tell him do not sell my father's land it will kill him. I have a policy. That he never offered any of my dad's pension money to help pay for. My dad's land is a indian burial ground and we are not selling for them to dig through, seems we are not going to have a choice. I got an attorney ,was going to take dad so he could maybe come home and have his durable power of attorney put in effect his wishss. But my main concern was he is not being treated for the hypoxia they don't even make sure he wears it at the facility. Two if the little workers there tell me my dad doesn't belong there. I say I know but the manager keeps telling courts he does and he has dementia. When I called to tell them I am coming to take him to see his attorney. The manager got on phone and said in his file it says he can leave with no one and his gaurdian said if you come up here to call police and have you arrested. So I'm the only thing my dad has and now I can't visit him. He is being denied VA medical treatment the right to leave and the right to see his fauvhtrt and he has nothing wrong with him and no dementia. I ask her whoke hot you own this phone why you telling the court my father has dementia. She said very evil. Yes he does have dementia. I said your a lie show me one document that states that from a dr. My father fought for the civil right that he has been denied of. I don't know why they are treating him like they are. But I have to get him out. I'm on a fixed income and can't afford an attorney. I don't know what to do. Then I call my dad he said he is not getting his meds and at night he has been walking up front and that there us no one there with them. Please can anyone help me help my Dad get out of there and come home with me. He wants to know to if he walks out
