Is your family member in debt? Or are you just trying to figure out how to afford their medical or other care, or manage their budget? There's a difference in what kind of professional you would need.
Most of us come from different places in the United States. I think for most of us, the search engines, whether Google or another, now takes the place of the phone book in looking for help in our own area.You might also consider trying to get some recommends from your Local Council on Aging, which may even have good advice about low cost help available in your area, sometimes even free from those doing volunteer work in an area of their own expertise. Try calling your own bank officer to see if they might have any clue where you might start. Wishing you good luck.
