Incontinence...how do you remove depends if you have shorts or underwear over the depends? Any advice besides ripping or cutting sides?

Disposable top liners inside the pull-ups. Rub the adhesive side on a cloth surface to first remove the adhesive, place in pull-up and remove when soiled leaving the unsoiled pull-up in place

I would just take the shorts off, seems easiest to me. And no underwear over the pullups to make it easier.

Sitting down both pants and incontinence underwear can be pulled down.
Slip the leg of the underwear off the foot, you have to reach up through the leg of the outer pant and pull the underwear off the foot.
Then pull the underwear up through the leg of the pant and down the other pant leg and off the foot.
Putting another pair on can be done just reverse the process.

Might want to practice this on yourself a few times.
