From your profile, you say she has depression - how long has she been depressed? Is she being treated for it? My mom is on a bit of duloxetine/cymbalta and is seems to help a little. Many depressed people sleep a lot.
And you say she has sleep disorder. Does she have sleep apnea? If so, is she on a CPAP? Or does she just sleep poorly? Either way, these things contribute to sleeping during the day.
She sleeps all day - does she sleep all night too?
Is she awake at night? Have you discussed with her doctor? Did she start on any new medications recently? Does she have a diagnosis of dementia or other health issue? More info would be helpful.
