You should first ask the agency about their own vetting process. After that, the question is how able your person is to report back to you their experience of the aide. If they are unable to give any accurate reporting I would seriously consider cameras on premise. I would consider whether or not to tell the agency aide that there are safety cameras installed, and that with the exception of bathroom activities they are on camera. Good luck.
