Please, I need help to locate elderly housing in Bradenton, FL.

Zip code 34205. With my health condition, my primary doctor advised me to have a place that allows emotional support animals like dogs. It's very important for my recovery or stop at going heart attack.

Call your local Office of Aging to see if you can get help there.

Google senior placement agency , find someone local that knows the area and availability, and pricing . Agency gets paid by AL for placement. You don’t pay….I used carepatrol for my in laws and my mom….a franchise… wonderful service.

Most assisted living facilities will allow a small dog. I would use something like A Place For Mom. They will take a list of your monetary assets and let you know what facilities in your area match your assets. They will take you around to these facilities. They are paid by the facility you choose. They will take a list of your deficits and your needs (for instance you want an emotional support dog). You should consider Board and Care also in your area.
Start now on a list of your needs, whether you want private room, that you would like to have your dog, and a list of your questions.
Some do not like such agencies but it worked very very well for my brother and his ex. They may be on the phone to you too much when you no longer need them, but if you tell them you are on medicaid you won't hear from them again.
Know also what assets you have and what you might be able to afford.
Google Senior Living options in your area. You might also consider using some of the ads on the right of the page on Forum.

No they do not take you around. A place for mom just gives every facility your contact information to call you.
