Contact your local Senior Center, county (elder division) or state elder law agency (if MO has one).
Some churches may offer this service, but you'd have to contact various ones to find out. I don't know if there's any consolidated source of information in your area. The county in which I have has a senior division and extensive list of options and assistance for seniors.
Boy Scouts might also offer this service for seniors.
Are you looking to have it done for free? Join Nextdoor.com and put out an appeal. It is an intranet of your actual neighbors. Nextdoor.com will reach more people sooner.
Call a local church, the high school (kids need community service hours), his neighbors. Call the local Boy Scout Council and see if there's a troop nearby that could help.
