Some years ago my father had dysphagia. While attempting to connect with others to learn more about their coping methods, I was surprised to discover that there are forums addressing dysphagia.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be currently active. But there may be others.
I couldn't find any active forums with just a few quick searches, but I suspect there are some and a bit more research is required. You might also try large hospitals as I've found they have a better range of support groups.
It may be that someone on the forums knows of someone who could use the supplies, or one of the forum hosts may know of a source.
