When my father lived on his own it was always when would the next crisis be as he averaged one a week. And how would I be able to handle working it into my busy life? I always felt like I was on red alert.

I’m not waiting. Like all of us, I’m trying to prevent what I can prevent. The rest is up to luck.
My feeling isn’t despair - but a feeling of racing against problems. But unfortunately, new ones appear.
In this race, I’m neglecting myself. I’ll try to make a change. (If I disappear from the forum, it’s a great sign: no more Venting).
It’s time for me to change. Spring, rebirth, new hope.
Happy Easter, all!
