What would suit an elderly couple where one is the carer and no longer able to cope?

They do not wish to go into care or have care in the home.

We need facilities where support is needed when necessary as well as company when necessary.

Elderly gentleman who us being cared for does not want to go into care.

We need a suitable place in South Devon in Teignmouth or near
