What goes into probate if a Transfer on Death document has been filed with the state/county?

If the only asset has a TOD then there is no probate.

Anything with a beneficiary bypasses probate altogether.

Check your states minimum asset value. My state you have to have more than 75k before probate is required, each state is different. I got thus information from the MVD affidavit.
