Yes, Medicare pays for a Podiatrist every 10 weeks for toenails only. My Moms went to her AL because she was already his patient. At the NH a podiatrist came in regularly. Nurses and aides are not allowed to cut toenails because of infections that can occur.
If you are able to get out and your feet and nails are typical it might be simpler to go for a pedicure (and manicure) at a nail salon - if you are a woman you can get pretty nail polish too!
Contact your local area's Agency on Aging and they can tell you if there are any traveling services or call the nearest senior center and ask. The only other option is to have a pedicure (this is what we do for my 103-yr old aunt because she is still able to get up into the chair with assistance).

Are you able to drive or get transportation to a podiatrist or a nail salon? If your toe nails are healthy and have no toe nail fungus a nail salon could give you a pedicure.
