How can I find out which nursing home in SW-WA is caring for my friend? If the individual NH's won't tell you if they're there or not!

You call and say "I'd like to send a card to Jane Jones, could you give me her room number." They will either give it to you or say no one there by that name. Then you just say "I am sure its this NH was the name I was given. Guess I'll have to recheck. Thank you."

If her address has been changed to the NH, you may be to put her name in search and find her. Otherwise, you will need to find the NH by which ones are close to family members then do what I said.

You'd have to ask your friend's family members where she's located because the nursing homes have rules about confidentiality.
