Grace4Me62, the vast majority of family caregivers do not get paid, unless that parent or grandparent can afford to pay them. If your Mom can pay then an employment contract would need to be drawn up, and your Mom [or you} would need to take out payroll deductions. You can hire a check writing company to do the payroll work.
Do you really want your daughter to give up 5 to 10 years or more of her life to be a caregiver? Does she really want to do this? It can be 168 hours per week, not part-time, especially if she may need to help you during those years, too.
Please note that up to 40% of family caregivers pass away leaving behind the love one(s) they were caring. Those are not good odds. If your daughter passes, then what?

Does your daughter WANT to care for her grandmother? Does she have a family, a career, a spouse?
What are you sacrificing on the altar of "never in a facility"?
