How can I find a free electric hospital bed for my friend's mom?

I am new to this site. Just putting this out in the universe and asking if someone can, "Pay it forward".
I am looking for a donation of an electric hospital bed for a bedridden Grandma.
Does anyone out there have a hospital bed for donation they need to get rid of or know of resources to contact for donations?
We are in Elmira, NY (Upstate).
Does it have a remote that can move the bed up and down?
My friend's mom is on disability and a senior, so unable to afford the cost of a new bed.
My friend is a single mom of 4 and not financially able to buy a bed.
She is moving into a new home, Jan 1st, finally having the space to have a bed installed and this would get her mom out of the chair she has been confined to, for over 2 years.
