Facebook Marketplace is a good place to start. Many Communities have Nurses Lending Closets. You could check with them and while you do not want to donate it if they have anyone asking for that type of equipment they can pass on your info. Your local Senior Center may have a Bulletin Board that they would allow you to put this information up.
My Mom had similar equipment, but it was rented and provided through her Medicare advantage plan, so the durable medical equipment guys arranged to retrieve it. They didn’t take the sling and I haven’t figured out where to donate it yet.
Maybe list it on Nextdoor or Facebook marketplace. You can look on eBay for similar items, but don’t list it unless you’ve figured out the shipping situation.
Are there any used DME dealers within a reasonable distance?
